Manage your accounts
The Accounts (Merchants) list and detail — find a merchant, see its vendor, assigned agents, revenue history, and deductions.
Accounts (labeled Merchants by default) is your book of business — every merchant whose activity generates revenue. Merchants are created automatically when you upload reports; this page is where you review them and see who's assigned.
The list
Go to Accounts in the sidebar. The list shows each merchant's DBA name, its vendor (data source), the assigned agent(s), and status. You can search by name and sort the list. A merchant may show badges like New, At Risk, or Cross-Sell.
If your merchant count exceeds your plan limit, you'll see a prompt to add capacity (an accounts add-on). This doesn't block the upload — it flags that you've grown.
The merchant detail page
Click a merchant to open its detail. You'll find:
- Header — merchant name, vendor, DBA / Merchant ID, and processing volume with 12-month history.
- Assigned Agents — who earns commission on this merchant, with links to each agent. This is where you assign an agent.
- Deductions — any affiliate/partner deductions and monthly fees attached to this merchant.
- Revenue Breakdown — the merchant's profit/revenue by income type over 12 months.
- Monthly History — profit, revenue, and commission by period.
Where commission rates live
Rates are not set on the merchant. Assigning an agent to a merchant says who earns; how much comes from that agent's commission agreement for the vendor/income type. This keeps a rep's rate consistent across all their merchants and easy to change in one place.
