Free Trial
SplitRun offers a 14-day free trial for all new customers. Your account will have full access to the platform during the trial period at no charge. If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Cancellation Process
You can cancel your SplitRun subscription at any time via self-service in your account settings. To cancel:
- Log in to your SplitRun account
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the confirmation steps
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your account until that date, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
SplitRun's refund policy is as follows:
- Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds are available if you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription.
- Monthly Plans: No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time, and your access will end at the close of your current billing period.
- Add-ons: Add-on purchases are non-refundable once activated.
- Free Trial: No charges apply during the trial period if cancelled before expiry.
Downgrade Policy
You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you are mid-cycle and switching to a lower-cost plan, adjustments will be calculated pro-rata and reflected in your next billing statement.
Enterprise Plans
Cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the terms of your individual service agreement. Please contact your account manager or billing@splitrun.io to discuss cancellation options for Enterprise subscriptions.
Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your SplitRun account and associated data will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. If you need to export or retrieve your data before cancellation is final, please do so within this 30-day window.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or discuss your eligibility, please contact our billing team at billing@splitrun.io with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Your subscription tier and billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- The date you wish to cancel or request a refund for
- A brief explanation of your request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or have questions about a charge on your invoice, please contact billing@splitrun.io immediately. Include your invoice number, transaction date, and a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and work to resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Payment Methods & Billing Cycles
SplitRun processes all billing through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and offer both monthly and annual billing options. Annual plans typically offer a discount compared to monthly billing. You can change your billing cycle preference at any time in your account settings, though the change will take effect on your next renewal date.

Policy Changes
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of SplitRun after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
