Acceptable Use Policy
1. Introduction & Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of SplitRun (splitrun.io), a B2B SaaS commission intelligence platform provided by Deliquio CA Inc. d/b/a SplitRun (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using SplitRun, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Use
SplitRun is designed for legitimate business purposes related to commission management and intelligence. Permitted uses include:
- Uploading, storing, and analyzing your own revenue and commission data
- Managing agent payouts and compensation structures
- Using AI-powered features to build and optimize commission plans
- Generating reports and insights for internal business decision-making
- Collaborating with authorized team members within your organization
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use SplitRun for any of the following purposes:
3.1 Illegal and Fraudulent Activity
- Using SplitRun to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
- Manipulating commission calculations or records with intent to deceive or harm others
- Uploading or processing data in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Using the platform to circumvent legal requirements or regulatory compliance obligations
3.2 Unauthorized Access & Data Misuse
- Attempting unauthorized access to SplitRun systems, accounts, or data
- Uploading data you do not have the right or authorization to upload
- Accessing, using, or sharing other users' data without explicit permission
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Using SplitRun to access data belonging to other organizations without consent
3.3 Reverse Engineering & Scraping
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of SplitRun
- Automated scraping, crawling, or extraction of data from the platform
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or protections
- Creating derivative works or competing products based on SplitRun's technology
3.4 Malicious Content
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Introducing content designed to harm, disable, or compromise SplitRun systems
- Phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive security attacks
3.5 System Abuse
- Exceeding rate limits or API quotas as specified in your service agreement
- Making excessive API calls or queries intentionally to overload systems
- Circumventing, disabling, or attempting to override rate-limiting mechanisms
- Using automated tools or bots for unauthorized purposes
4. Data Integrity & Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded to SplitRun is:
- Accurate and truthfully represents your commission and revenue data
- Not fabricated, fictitious, or misleading
- Consistent with your actual business records
- Provided in compliance with applicable laws and your organization's policies
We reserve the right to audit or verify data integrity and to take action if we detect fraudulent or inaccurate records.
5. AI Feature Usage
SplitRun includes AI-powered features to assist with commission plan building and analysis. When using these features:
- Do not attempt adversarial prompting or prompt injection attacks
- Do not rely on AI-generated outputs as legal or financial advice without independent professional review
- Assume AI outputs require human verification before use in critical business decisions
- Do not use AI features to generate misleading or false commission data
6. Multi-Tenant Responsibilities
SplitRun is a multi-tenant platform. You agree to:
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
- Use only your own account and authorized team members' accounts
- Not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or users
- Report any suspected security breaches or unauthorized access immediately
7. Reporting Violations
If you discover a violation of this Policy, a security vulnerability, or suspect fraudulent activity, please report it immediately to:

Include as much detail as possible about the violation, including dates, affected accounts, and any supporting evidence.
8. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Warning: First-time violations may trigger a warning and opportunity to cure
- Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access pending investigation
- Termination: Permanent termination of your account and access to SplitRun
- Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action for serious violations, fraud, or damage to our systems
- Data Deletion: Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement
We reserve the right to take action at our discretion, up to and including immediate termination without notice for severe violations or repeated offenses.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the SplitRun platform. Continued use of SplitRun after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
