Share final numbers with agents, model any split, pay for what you use
A full month: choose the moment agents see their commissions, model any payout or co-owned account directly in SplitRun, and a new approach to pricing that follows the agents you actually run.
Share commissions with agents only when they are final
Commission numbers move all month as reports come in and adjustments get made. When agents can watch that happen, every in-progress figure invites a question, and a number that shifts later can feel like a moving target.
Now you decide when agents see their pay. Lock and publish a period once it is final, and that becomes the version each agent sees in their portal and by email, with their statement attached as a PDF. Reopen a period to make a correction and agents keep seeing the last published version until you publish the update, so they only ever see finished numbers.
When you publish an update, only the agents whose totals changed are notified, and the email spells out what moved. Before you share, a summary shows exactly which numbers changed and by how much.

Model any split, not just the standard ones
Most agents end up with a side spreadsheet for the payouts that do not fit a clean commission line: an affiliate rebate here, a referral fee there, a partner who takes a cut before anyone else gets paid.
You can now build any of these directly in SplitRun. Take a percentage or a flat amount off profit, revenue, or whatever is left after earlier splits, and point it at whoever gets paid. The math flows through to every report automatically, so the spreadsheet goes away.

Pay for what you actually use
Pricing used to mean buying agent capacity in fixed packs and topping up by hand as you grew.
Now it follows your actual usage. You are counted only for the agents who were active in a given month, the total adjusts on its own, and nothing is ever cut off mid-month. Growth simply shows up on your next invoice.

Reports open with the story, then the detail
Reports now lead with a summary you can read at a glance. The first page shows your key numbers with how they moved against the previous period, so the headline is clear before you dig in.
The detailed breakdowns follow on the pages after, and the whole report got a cleanup: tighter alignment and cleaner font sizes that make every number easier to scan.

Split an account between its owners, and show it on every statement
Plenty of accounts belong to more than one person. A senior rep who brought the relationship, a partner who services it, two people who share a book between them. Arrangements like that tend to live in a placeholder agent or a side note, and the people involved cannot see their own number on their own statement.
An account can now be co-owned outright. Give each owner their percentage of that specific account and they earn it as real commission, at their own rate, on their own statement. A manager who also co-owns an account takes their share there directly, so every number reflects exactly what that person owns.
Statements tell the whole story too. Commission on accounts an agent holds alone sits apart from commission on the accounts they share, and every manager override is broken out by the rep who produced it. Each line shows the basis and the rate behind it, so any number traces straight back to the account and split that made it.
Also in this release
- ImprovedA clearer revenue breakdown. The dashboard revenue breakdown names each deduction and payout, and lists the agent on each account, so you can see where every dollar goes and who owns what without leaving the report.
- ImprovedPayroll and house numbers you can pay straight from. Payroll includes adjustments and a net payable total beside each agent's commission, house margin accounts for every payout that affects what you keep, and payroll, house, and revenue exports line up to the penny.
- NewHand a departing agent's book to their successor. Deactivate an agent as of a chosen month and reassign their accounts to another rep from the next period on. Earlier periods keep the original agent's commission exactly as it stands, and past agents move to their own list.
- ImprovedSimpler agent setup and portal invites. Each agent has one email and a single toggle for their portal login, and you can give many agents their login at once from Settings, adding any missing email on the same screen.
- NewPay a set amount per transaction. Deductions and payouts can be a fixed amount per unit, like a few cents per transaction, alongside percentages and flat fees.
- ImprovedAdjustments that keep themselves current. An adjustment can be a percentage of an agent's commission for the period, so it settles at the right amount as the month's numbers come in.
- ImprovedCleaner agent statements. Agent statements list accounts by the date they came on board, oldest first, and show full merchant IDs when they fit the column.
